"Crispy Chicken Tenders"

Hello! This is my veeerryyy first post  ;>! ... I'm gonna share how to make "Crispy Chicken Tenders" like I've made a week ago. ;)

U will need :
- 300gr of chicken fillets
- 1 egg, beaten
- 50gr of minced garlic
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of rice flour
- 1/2 cup of corn starch
- A tsp of baking soda
- A bowl of cold water
- Pepper
- Salt
- Vegetable Oil

The steps :
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the chicken , mix well with the minced garlic. Keep in the refrigerator for 20-30minutes. (While waiting, u can do the next steps below).
2. Place 1/2 cup of "all purpose flour" in a shallow bowl ( let's name it "Shallow Bowl A"), then place the other 1/2 in different shallow bowl ( let's name it "Shallow Bowl B") and mix with the "rice flour" and "corn starch", also add one teaspoon of baking powder (optional).
3. Prepare cold water in a bowl.
4. Prepare the beaten egg in a separate bowl.
5. After 20-30 minutes, u can take the chicken out from the refrigerator. Coat the chicken with egg, if it's done u can put the "egg coated chicken" into the "Shallow Bowl A" until they become well coated with the flour. Do the exact same thing for the rest of the chicken.
6.  Dip the coated chicken into the cold water, then coat them again with the mixed flour in "Shallow Bowl B".
7. Heat the vegetable oil on the frying pan, then fry the chicken until they become crispy golden brown. Remove the chicken then drain in paper towels. Voalaa!! it's done and ready to be served for ur loved ones! (^_^)
Easy, isn't it? #happycookinghappytummy #firstpost

XOXO,
Michelle
